The historic house, built in the 1898 and totally restored in the 1980, is situated directly on the shore of the lake in singular and quiet position and offers a total view on the beauty of Riva del Garda within easy walking distance of 600 m along the shore. Behind the Residence you find the old Ponale Street, an ideal start for mountain - bikers and hikers! The street is closed for traffic and you can visit the forts from the first World War. In immediate proximity you find climbing tours for inspired climbers!
